Kitchen Hands and Cleaners for Hospitals

We are currently looking for Cleaners and Kitchen Hands located in Melbourne and surrounds to work across multiple Hospitals. If you are looking for an immediate start and the opportunity to work across multiple sites, this role may be for you!


ABOUT THE ROLES:

As a Cleaner your duties will be:
• Meeting safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Setting up cleaning trolleys
• Cleaning patients' rooms and bathrooms
• Cleaning communal areas
• Restocking all cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Completing cleaning records
• High Touch Point cleaning
• COLOURED MOP SYSTEM

As a Kitchen Hand your duties will be:
• Setting up food and drink trolleys
• Serving/delivering meals and drinks
• Preparing texture modified food and fluids (IDDSI Training)
• Preparing sandwiches and salads
• Recording accurate temperatures of food
• Washing dishes
• Maintaining cleanliness in service areas

REQUIREMENTS FOR ROLE:
• Minimum 6 months previous experience working in Health Care environments (Aged Care, Hospitals)
• Current National Police Certificate less than 12 months old
• Current flu vaccination 2024
• COVID vaccinations X 3
• Must have Working With Childrens Check Victoria
• Flexibility to work across mornings, afternoons & ON-CALL shifts
